It appears that Zelina Vega will be out for a while.
Zelina Vega has had a strange run in the WWE. Originally being used as a valet for Andrade El Idolo, we have seen Vega involved in the ring more over the last few years. She is also the current Queen of The Ring and has won the women’s tag titles recently.
According to PWInsider, Zelina Vega is currently out of in-ring action due to ab injury that required surgery. The outlet further stated that Zelina will miss six to eight weeks of action and could return in time for SummerSlam.

There has been talk about her receiving a push upon her return as sources have noted her willingness to do what was requested of her and her hard work has been noticed behind the scenes.
