AEW Double Or Nothing was a stacked event that delivered in many different ways. However, the resounding opinion of fans after the event was the six man mixed tag match that occurred. While fans were happy with the match itself – the peak of the match happened right at the finish.
At the finish of the match, Frankie Kazarian had enough of Sammy Guevara acting like an idiot and told him to.. well.. go it alone. Kazarian would return to the ring and continue to the match, only for Tay Conti to step into the ring and argue with Kazarian. While this was happening, Guevara attempted a superkick but Kazarian ducked, leading to Conti being blasted with the move to an incredible pop.
Now, Conti has reacted with a cheeky tweet referencing the incident.
