It’s been a rough month for Dakota Kai, being released at the end of April with nine other NXT talents, Kai’s career seemed to be on a good trajectory prior to her release. While being signed to the WWE she held the NXT Women’s Tag Titles twice, although both reigns were quite short.
Kai took to Twitter on Tuesday and posted two images of her new look, now having half silver half pink coloured hair. She also confirmed her new ring name:

Time will tell where King Kota will end up. Many fans have called for AEW to sign her like they have done for many released WWE stars. Kai is still relatively young in the pro wrestling industry, so we will have to wait and see what success she can manage.
