Xia Li has had a rough start to her WWE main roster career.
Since debuting on Friday Night Smackdown, Li hasn’t had much to do on the blue brand. Following a random heel turn that went nowhere, she has become a little lost in the shuffle on a roster dying for title challenger. However, it seems now Xia Li may be on the cusp of something interesting.
Li took to Twitter on Wednesday and uploaded a video showing her training, with the end of the video featuring a tease of Tian Sha as a whole, specifically showing Mei Ying, a face painted hooded figure that was portrayed by the now Wendy Choo.
Either I will find a way, or I will make one.

Li’s only been featured on house-show’s or sporadic TV appearances on Smackdown since being called up to the blue brand, so a return to a former gimmick may be enough to propel her back into the spotlight.
