It appears that ROH will end up returning to PPV next month for Death Before Dishonor.
According to Sean Sapp of Fightful Select, AEW talent were told that ROH’s next pay-per-view is targeted for July 23rd. This will be ROH’s return to pay-per-view as Death Before Dishonor takes place in Lowell, Massachusetts.
“AEW talent has been told that the weekend of July 23 is targeted for ROH’s return to PPV. As we’ve heard things so far, they’ve been told that ROH Death Before Dishonor will take place that weekend from Lowell, Massachusetts.”

As of this writing, there is no idea when ROH will return to television. It was also noted that NJPW quietly changed their Charlotte date from July 24 to July 17.
