Last Wednesday, MJF got on the microphone and cut a promo that blurred the line between kayfabe and reality as he went off on Tony Khan and AEW as a whole. Following the promo, the show would cut to commercial and MJF would not be mentioned for the rest of the night.
Reddit user U/SticksInBricks17 posted a tik tok to Reddit where MJF is seen leaving through the crowd after his promo on Wednesday.
MJF sees the fan recording and smacks the phone out of his hand, clearly playing into his heel persona even more. Some comments on the reddit post suggest that the video was posted by a friend of Swerve Strickland’s but that remains to be seen to be the case.
