Ricochet Set To Defend Intercontinental Championship vs Gunther Next Friday On SmackDown

Another big title defence is scheduled for next week’s Friday Night SmackDown.

Ricochet has had a good reign as Intercontinental Champion so far. He has defended the title several times now, despite not featuring on any PPV’s champion. Another person having success on SmackDown is Gunther, who has been squashing talent each week, including Drew Gulak twice. After the second match, Gunther would continue the beatdown post match until Ricochet intervened.

Next week on Friday’s Smackdown, the two will clash with the Intercontinental Championship on the line. Time will tell if Gunther will be crowned the new Intercontinental Champion or Ricochet will add another title defence to his reign.
