Toni Storm Explains Why She Left The WWE
Toni Storm was done with how the WWE booked her.
Tony Storm left the WWE after asking for her release from the company. Since leaving, she has signed with AEW and has discussed her WWE exit several times now. Storm explained that her mental health was suffering and she didn’t want to strip on live television – despite the show being PG.
Storm once again discussed her WWE exit on The Sessions with Renee Paquette:
“They don’t give a sh*t so why should I? This isn’t going to work. I know what’s going to happen here. I’m just going to be sent back to catering again. I’m not going to succeed here. I can just see… I thought my whole purpose in life was to go to WWE, but then over time I realized it’s just pro wrestling that I love. It’s not a company that I love. I just love pro wrestling.”

Obviously, Storm wasn’t happy with how she had been booked and treated within the WWE and as she put is, she didn’t want to go back to catering. What do you make of Toni’s comments regarding her WWE exit?
