Toni Storm Was Almost Brought In For ROH Supercard Of Honor

It seems it was almost Toni Time for Ring Of Honor.

Since her WWE release, Toni Storm has been a hot commodity in the pro wrestling industry. She has signed with AEW and has been featured regularly in the promotion, with her and Ruby Soho battling Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter a couple of times now.

Storm spoke on The Sessions with Renee Paquette about a range of topics, one of which was the fact she almost appeared for Ring Of Honor following her WWE release:

“I was contacted to do Ring of Honor, WrestleMania weekend, before Tony Khan bought that, when I was contacted about that, the thought of me wrestling again, I was like, ‘Oh, hey, I’d like to do that.’ I got really excited again and I hadn’t felt that in a while. Something clicked. [I still love this], I do, of course I do. It’s the best job in the world. It shouldn’t be misery.”

Time will tell if Toni will show up in Ring of Honor at a later date but for now she will remain as an active competitor in AEW.
