Wheeler Yuta returned to AEW last night.
Yuta has had an interesting couple of months during his rise as one of the best homegrown stars to come out of AEW. It began months ago as it was teased he would eventually join the Blackpool Combat Club, something he did do. He would also win the Ring Of Honor Dream Championship at Supercard of Honor and more recently partook in the Battle Of The Super Juniors tournament in NJPW.
Wheeler would return from his hiatus last night on AEW Dynamite to a very loud reception from the crowd. Yuta has now commented on his return in a tweet:

The prodigal son returns. On commentary last night during the main event, Regal even commented on how Yuta potentially could have been the one standing across from Jon Moxley. Regal even stated he wished it had happened.
