Jeff Hardy is once again in trouble with the law. He was arrested late last night on a DUI and driving without a license. He was booked and his bail was set to 3,500 dollars.
According to records obtained by TMZ, Jeff Hardy is set to to see a judge on June 14th. We can only hope that he is able to stay out of jail, but this is a concerning situation.
The records show he’s due in court Tuesday for a hearing on the matter.

Hardy is expected to miss AEW Dynamite due to his trouble with the law, despite originally being included in the tag team title ladder match on the show.
