It looks like Owen’s brother was more than satisfied with how AEW paid tribute to Owen.
Bret Hart is one of the most legendary professional wrestlers of all time. One of the best technicians period, Bret would square off with his brother Owen on several occasions in what were two vastly different careers. Unfortunately, Owen was taken from us far to soon as his death in an accident within WWE is will documented.
Bret spoke to Sportskeeda recently and revealed his thoughts on AEW’s tribute to Owen:
“I’m happy to see Owen remembered in any way. It was very nice.”

Of course, Martha Hart has also been consistently praising AEW’s handling of their tributes for Owen. With it now being a yearly tradition, hopefully next year we get to see Bret award the prizes along with Martha.
