Jeff Hardy Court Date For DUI Set For July 5th
It looks like Jeff Hardy won’t be enjoying the 4th of July festivities like he’d hoped.
Jeff Hardy was arrested on a DUI charge earlier this week and was charged with also driving without a license. Since then, we have heard from Tony Khan and AEW that Hardy will be indefinitely suspended and receive treatment for his substance abuse problems that are well documented.
According to the Volusia County Clerk, Jeff Hardy’s new court date has been scheduled. Hardy is set to appear in court on July 5 at 2:30PM EST. Hardy was originally set to appear in court on 6/14, but the appearance was cancelled for unknown reasons.
Time will tell how long Jeff will face in jail if he is brought up on charges in relation to this being his third DUI, which means there will be mandatory jail time if Jeff is convicted.
