It looks like The Boss may be free from her WWE contract.
In what feels like an eternity ago, Naomi and Sasha Banks walked out on a Monday Night RAW taping and despite little to no info since due to other news, it was reported on Wednesday that Sasha had been granted her release by the WWE. The reports are not concrete with many attempting to verify the release.
Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men podcast confirmed that during today’s broadcast. It was noted that Sasha’s legal team has been working for over a week to try and secure her release.
“I cannot confirm she’s been released, but I did hear late last week that her attorneys were working on getting this done.”

Time will tell if Banks’ release has actually been given but if her legal team were working in it last week, it is entirely possible Sasha Banks has in fact been released from her WWE contract.
