It is worth noting that AJ Lee had nothing but kind words regarding Vince McMahon and how he handled her retirement from the ring. While Vince is under investigation from the WWE board, he is not the only one as it seems John Lauranitis is also involved. Johnny Ace is at present the head of WWE Talent Relations.
In April of 2017, AJ Lee released her autobiography “Crazy Is My Superpower” in which she detailed her life and career in the pro wrestling industry. It was met with much praise, even being included on the New York Times Bestseller list for a time.
With the investigation regarding Vince McMahon and John, past quotes from former WWE talents have been under more scrutiny by the wrestling world. David Bixenspan posted an excerpt from AJ Lee’s autobiography regarding comments from talent relations directed AJ stating ‘no one would want to have sex with her’.
Of course, Lee does not mention Vince or any other person by name and keeps it short. Time will tell if we will find out more information on this, but for now it is worth noting at this time.
