Asuka, Becky Lynch, Carmella, Alexa Bliss & Liv Morgan battled to be #1 contender for Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship. Carmella ended up winning, but that wasn’t the end of the night for Becky Lynch and Asuka.
After the contenders match, Becky Lynch freaked out backstage to Adam Pearce about not being the one to get pinned. So, Adam gave her another chance for a title opportunity when he set Becky Lynch vs Asuka in a Money In The Bank qualifier for the main event of Raw. After a hard fougut battle, Asuka picked up the win.
This makes Asuka the fifth woman to qualify for the match alongside Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodrigues & Lacey Evans. There’s two more entrees yet to be named for Money In The Bank.
