Tammy Sytch’s Lawyer Files Motion To Withdraw As Her Legal Counsel In Fatal Car Crash Case
Tammy Sytch’s lawyer has filed a motion to withdraw as her legal counsel.
Sytch (formerly known as Sunny) is currently in the middle of a legal battle regarding a trial where she has been charged with DUI and manslaughter charges. Sytch faces up to 30 years in prison if she is found guilty.
Mike Johnson of PW Insider has reported that Steven deLaroche has been representing the WWE Hall of Famer as her criminal defense attorney. He has filed paperwork in a Florida court requestion his permission to withdraw from the case. There were several reasons cited in the petition.
Tammy Lynn Sytch’s attorney said that an impasse has been reached about the handling of the case. He believes it is now impossible to work with the former Sunny as a client. deLaroche also stated that Tammy Sytch has failed to comply with the terms of her employment agreement with him.

Sytch is currently facing not only criminal charges, but a lawsuit from the family of the man who lost his life due to injuries he suffered in the crash with Sunny. Time will tell how Sytch’s lawyer ditching her will end up for the WWE Hall Of Famer but any further updates regarding the story will be posted to Bodyslam.net.
