The Definition of Insanity
“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” -Albert Einstein. This quote is the perfect representation of the Roman Reigns-Brock Lesnar saga.
When WWE is in doubt, the first thing they’ll do is book Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar to a match. This match-up is officially in the John Cena vs. Randy Orton territory, in the sense that this match-up has been done to death.
On this year’s Summer Slam, Reigns and Lesnar will clash once again. Unless you’re a diehard WWE fan, this match feels meaningless and yet another entry to this boring saga. If you watch all their matches, you’ll realize all their matches are pretty much the same.
WWE insistence of booking them shows how creatively bankrupt WWE has been for a very long time and how WWE has failed to create new stars. WWE has no money matches but this one and this is their faut for not pushing new talent to the top.
When it was announced that Reigns and Lesnar would clash once more, the internet was pretty much tired seeing these two booked together. Very few people actually want to see this match.
