Hangman Page isn’t about to let Booker T trash a wrestler from his generation.
Earlier this week, Booker T made comments on his Hall Of Fame podcast regarding Adam Cole’s size. Booker stated that he believed Cole needed to put on some muscle due to how small he is for a professional wrestler. Since the podcast, many have called out Booker for body shaming Cole, including Renee Paquette, Britt Baker and others.
‘Hangman’ Adam Page has heard enough from retired wrestlers trashing his generation on podcasts. The former AEW World Champion has come to their defence. He tweeted his very strong feelings on the matter.
“I just hope that when im old and retired i don’t lower myself to some sh*t ass podcast where i trash the younger generation that’s just chasing the same fortune wrestling has afforded me.”

Of course, many in the industry will likely see this as a negative, despite Page standing up for Cole despite their on screen rivalry. Time will tell how Booker will react to all the criticism he has received regarding his comments on Adam Cole.
