Here we go again.
Booker T has been under the microscope a lot lately due to his tendency to flame AEW while blindly praising the WWE. While he works for the company, it is still obnoxiously common that Booker will go out of his way to criticize AEW. Most recently, Booker has found himself in the news for body shaming Adam Cole, advising Sasha Banks not to join AEW and implying that Matt Hardy and AEW shoulder some of the blame for Jeff Hardy’s DUI arrest as well as ignoring the Vince McMahon controversy.
Now, Booker has blindly defended the WWE once again while speaking on The Hall of Fame podcast, Booker explained why WWE bringing back Lesnar is not a desperate move.
“I wouldn’t call it desperate. I would call it pulling the ace out. That’s what you do.”

Of course, Booker has been more than open about how feels regarding AEW programming, however he has not shared that same openness regarding WWE content. Time will tell how this will go for Booker, but fans are becoming more and more tired of his comments.
