Former Louisiana Attorney General: Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC Investigating WWE
Previously it was listed as 7 law firms filing class action suits against WWE, now it is 8 after a former Louisiana Attorney General added themselves to the list recently.
Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq., a former attorney general of Louisiana and a partner at Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) announced KSF has launched an investigation into World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. The board had also discovered numerous, older nondisclosure agreements with former WWE employees that involved the same claims since the investigation started in April.
