Reason Revealed Why Vince McMahon Wanted To Hide Papa Shango’s Face
It looks like even The Godfather has issues with Vince McMahon’s booking ideas.
While speaking on The A2theKWrestling Show, The Godfather talked about his Papa Shango gimmick. He explained that Vince McMahon wanted to hide his face because he had a baby face.
“[Vince] says, ‘You have a body of a monster, but you have a baby face’, and he goes, ‘We’ve got to do something with that face’,” Godfather said. “… That was Vince, hiding my baby face.”

This decision would prove to be a largely positive one for the WWE Hall Of Famer, as Papa Shango’s face paint would be an influential part in why the gimmick got over.
