Adam Cole isn’t too hurt apparently.
At the conclusion of the IWGP Heavyweight title fatal four way match at Forbidden Door, Adam Cole appeared to suffer an injury as the finish seemed confusing to fans. After the match Cole would be attended to by the AEW medical staff but would leave the ringside area under his own power.
According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live, when Cole got checked up backstage by the medical staff, he claimed to be feeling well. Cole’s injuries were very obvious, but he held his own.
“Afterwards they had the doctors hit the ring to check on Adam Cole, and he did leave of his own power. I was told that they got him backstage to examine him, he was feeling alright, is what I was told. But clearly, there was an injury.”

Time will tell if Cole will be out of action, or he will continue to work with several injuries. For now however, it appears he may be ok.
