Claudio Castagnoli is All Elite.
The former Cesaro joined AEW at Forbidden Door, replacing Bryan Danielson against Zack Sabre Jr, as well as joining the Blackpool Combat Club. Claudio sat down at the Post-Show Media Scrum for Forbidden Door to address joining AEW.
You know, sometimes the stars align for a perfect moment and that’s what happened tonight. I mean, like, I hope Bryan’s alright, I know Bryan will be back, but, it’s just a perfect fit. I just talked to Mox, you know, we’ve been going back for 10-12 years, I’ve known him for a longtime. We used to ride together, we used to workout together, still do, we talk, like it’s just, it just fits, you know? And at the end of the day, you know, I’m always looking for new challenges and I mean, here in AEW it’s like, I mean it’s like I’m like a kid in a candy store.
