Tonight’s AEW Dynamite featured the Blood and Guts main event match between J.A.S and B.C.C.
Though the match was very good, one certain thing was not. During the match, a few moments after Santana entered the cage, he hit a Urinage on Daniel Garcia, landing awkwardly after his leg buckled. It’s unclear what exactly was injured but from footage, it could be any part of his left leg.
Santana was down after this, laying in the corner until in a later part of the match, Tay Conti stole the cage door key and unlocked the cage. While this was going on, ref’s swiftly removed Santana from the cage and took him to the back. Blackpool Combat Club did pick up the win, but they celebrated without Santana. We hope his injury is nothing too serious and give our best wishes for a speedy recovery.
