Jeff Hardy Filed Plea Of Not Guilty On 06/28 Regarding DUI Charges
It looks like Jeff Hardy doesn’t agree he is guilty of driving under the influence.
Earlier this month, Jeff Hardy was arrested on his third DUI charge and was also charged with driving without a license. Jeff has been indefinitely suspended from AEW until he completes treatment for his substance abuse problems. Jeff enter a rehab facility on June 21st.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that Jeff filed a not guilty plea on June 28th.
Court records indicate that Jeff Hardy filed a written plea of not guilty in regard to his DUI arrest in Florida earlier this month. The plea was filed on 6/28.
Jeff Hardy is slated for arraignment on 7/5 at 2:30 PM in regard to his DUI arrest on 6/13. Hardy, 44, was arrested at 9:55 AM and charged with charged with DUI (Alcohol or Drugs), third offense within ten years, driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked and violation of restrictions placed on driver’s license. The primary charge is a felony under Florida law, punishable up to five years’ imprisonment, should Hardy be convicted. The others would fall under misdemeanors.

Time will tell how this will go for Hardy, but it is unlikely to end well if he is registering a not guilty verdict.
