Vince always has love for the Hulkster.
Hulk Hogan has had a on and off relationship with WWE over the past couple years. We’ve seen him on screen sporadically, most recently at WrestleMania 37, but many wonder why Hogan keeps coming back amid multiple controversies. Well, AEW commentator and former WWE commentator Jim Ross appeared in a recent episode of Grilling JR. He says that Vince McMahon made multiple attempts to restore his connection with Hogan. This, according to the Hall of Famer, is why Hogan has had numerous second chances.
Vince kept trying to recreate the dynamic that Vince had with Hogan, hence all the saw second chances, next starts and Hall of Fame. Here’s another reason we can bring him back. Vince kept trying to recreate that idyllic relationship they once had. I felt bad for Vince at times because he really wanted the relationship to get back on somewhat of an even-keel. It may not be what it used to be, but he wanted to make it better than what it is, and I’m not sure we accomplished that.
