Tammy Sytch’s boyfriend has landed himself in hot water.
For those unaware, Sunny is currently embroiled in a court case stemming from a DUI she was involved in where a crash occurred. The elderly man crashed into passed away from his injuries and as such, Sytch is being charged with his death, which will lead to up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
Daytona Beach News-Journal reports that Sytch’s boyfriend, James Pente, may be held in contempt after an abusive comment was overheard by the judge’s assistant state attorney.
The judge then came to know about an incident that took place between her Assistant State Attorney Ashley Terwilleger and Pente. After Terwilleger claimed that Pente said she was “a dirty [expletive],” the judge told Sytch that it might mean Pente will be held in contempt of court.

Time will tell how this will continue to go for Sytch, but it has been all downhill since her arrest earlier this year.
