Tonight, Scorpio Sky defended his TNT Title against Wardlow to kick off AEW Dynamite in a ‘Street Fight’. There wasn’t much weaponry used here, except a Belt shot and American Top Team getting involved. But, after Wardlow destroyed ATT and survived getting a Title cracked across his skull, Wardlow hit Scorpio Sky with the Powerbomb Symphony and we have a brand new TNT Champion.
This is Wardlow’s first time tasting gold in AEW. He previously challenged for the TNT title but lost due to interference by MJF. Now, Wardlow got his second chance and knocked it out of the park. Congratulations to the new TNT Champion, Wardlow!
