Darren Till Out, Chris Curtis In For UFC London
Another setback has hit Darren Till.
The U.K. star suffered an undisclosed injury and has dropped out of the fight with Jack Hermansson for UFC London. It’s been confirmed after an initial report from ESPN.com. But, Jack will still fight as Chris Curtis has stepped up on short notice to replace Till. Chris Curtis vs Jack Hermansson will co-headline the card. Chris Curtis is currently on a eight fight win streak in his MMA career, 3-0 in the UFC since signing. Curtis last defeated Rodolfo Vieira less than two weeks ago. Quick turn around for the short notice fighter as he takes on Jack Hermansson, who’s coming off a February loss to Sean Strickland. Both fighters are looking for a huge win to slide up the rankings, not to mention having all eyes on them in the co-main event. UFC London is headlined by a heavyweight bout between hometown hero Tom Aspinall and Curtis Blaydes. The event airs live on ESPN+ on July 23rd.
