Johnny Gargano has unfinished business in the WWE.
Gargano left the WWE in December of last year following his NXT contract expiring. Wanting to spend time with his newborn child, Gargano would leave the promotion and hasn’t competed in the wrestling industry since.
While speaking on the Good Karma Wrestling podcast, Johnny Gargano admitted he still has quite a few goals he wants to accomplish in WWE, making it clear he has unfinished business in WWE.
“I never got a chance to wrestle at WrestleMania. That was always something on my bucket list, and it still is on my bucket list … It’s a usual answer for a lot of guys my size and from my era but the Intercontinental Title, especially like the white strap Intercontinental Title that I used to love, that is always something that has been in the back of my mind, as well, that I would love to have one day.”

Time will tell when Gargano will return to the ring but for now he is in limbo as he has not signed with any company as of this writing.
