One of NXT 2.0’s hottest stars looks set for a push on the brand somewhere down the line.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that the WWE is very high on Nikkita Lyons. It is expected that down the road she will capture the NXT Women’s Championship.
I know that there was talk of Nikkita Lyons winning, but not for a long time. Not right now. I mean, Mandy Rose is also kind of, you know, Bron Breakker and Mandy Rose are kind of like the flagship stars of the company, you know the way that they do everything.

Time will tell how long it will be before Lyons captures singles cold in NXT 2.0 but for now Roxanne Perez will look to dethrone Mandy Rose on tonight’s edition of NXT 2.0.
