Konnan is not a fan of CJ Perry’s.
Lana had an odd run in the ring in WWE. For a long time, it seemed her main reason for being a talent on the show was so Nia Jax could put her through announce tables. Her in ring ability was met with heavy criticism whenever she stepped into the ring. Now, another name in the industry has buried Lana’s ability in the ring.
Former WCW star Konnan discussed the pairing on the latest episode of Keepin’ It 100 podcast. Konnan told listeners that Miro is not happy with him because he is always burying Lana.
“I don’t think Miro’s too happy with me coz I always bury his wife [CJ Perry] She’s not a good worker. I mean, you know, let’s be real. She’s hot. I thought when she was doing the Russian gimmick there was nobody hotter than her.”
Time will tell when Lana will return to the ring, as she was expected to compete on WES’ show that was unfortunately cancelled earlier this month.
