It appears that Adam Cole will not require surgery for his turn labrum.

It was reported in the last few months that Adam Cole had been working injured for quite some time with a shoulder injury. It is believed Cole suffered the injury back at AEW Double Or Nothing where he would defeat Samoa Joe. At Forbidden Door, it appeared that Cole had reinjured himself in some way, with many believing Cole to have concussed himself in the match.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Cole decided not to undergo surgery on his torn labrum. He is doing therapy for the time being and not going under the knife. Cole is staying optimistic with physical therapy.

Cole is opting to not have surgery on his torn labrum. He’s doing therapy for it. The time frame for his return is based more on the recovery from the concussion. We are told he is faring better in that regard.

Cole is currently out of action with multiple injuries and time will tell when we will see Adam back on our AEW TV screens. Hopefully the injury will continue to not need surgery.
