AEW Rampage is being taped in Atlanta, Georgia following AEW Dynamite.
AEW Rampage will feature Jay Lethal vs. Christopher Daniels and will kick off with Butcher and The Blade vs. Adam Page and John Silver. Results for the show are below. Spoiler warning.
- Adam Page and John Silver defeat Butcher and The Blade via Buckshot Lariat on Butcher. Blade busted opened during the match, possibly hard-way.
- Claudio Castagnoli In-Ring Promo. He says since this is his first time with a live mic, he’d like to thank the fans and thanks for making him feel at home since he stepped in the door. Claudio runs down his upcoming ROH title match at Death Before Dishonor and says the ROH title is the one thing that’s eluded him his whole career. Castagnoli claims nobody can hold a candle to what he does inside the ring. Again says he’s waited a long time and we have all waited a long time to see him win a world title. He will defeat Jonathan Gresham and he is going to be the new Ring of Honor World champion.
- Lee Moriarty defeats Dante Martin after putting his feet on the ropes for leverage. After the match, Matt Sydal cuts a promo saying Lee must face him next week on Rampage.
- Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter defeat Skye Blue and Ashley D’Amboise after Britt submits Ashley with the LockJaw
- Max Caster Defeats Austin Gunn in a Rap Battle. Rapper Lil’ Scrappy was out with a crew as the special guest judge for the battle, Max Caster, of course, entered to the ring rapping. The winner of the battle gets to pick the match stipulation which will happen at a later date. After the Acclaimed were named the winners, a fight broke out between the two teams which ended with Austin and Colten laying out the Acclaimed and bashing Anthony Bowens with a trash can.
- Jay Lethal defeats Christopher Daniels with the Lethal Injection. After the match, Lethal chokes out Daniels while Satnam Singh and Sonjay Dutt beat Christopher down.
- Tony Shivone comes out Post-Show to send the crowd home happy.
