Chris Jericho Reveals He Suffered A Broken Nose
Chris Jericho didn’t come out of the Barbed Wire Everwhere Match unscathed.
Chris Jericho defeated Eddie Kingston in a Barbed Wire Everywhere Match, but Eddie Kingston got the last laugh when he threw Jericho into a Barbed Wire spiderweb after the match. During the match however, Chris suffered a broken nose when he hit Eddie with a code-breaker, causing a chair that Eddie was holding to smack him in the face. Jericho tweeted that Eddie was a savage for breaking his nose and attached a video to the tweet, showing the spot where it happened.
AEW tweeted a picture of Jericho’s face following the events of the match.
You can see a cut and some tape on Chris Jericho’s nose from the injury. Jericho is added to a long list of current injured wrestlers, but, a broken nose thankfully probably won’t make him miss much TV time, if any at all. Maybe Jericho can ask to borrow Brandon Cutlers face mask!
