Konosuke Takeshita is going to be off of AEW TV for the time being starting in August.
Takeshita was announced to be apart of DDT’s August 20th event in Japan, therefore leaving the U.S. since his excursion started in May. Takeshita has battled many top stars in AEW and across the American independent wrestling scene.
It’s unknown right now when Konosuke Takeshita will return to America, but he’s quickly become a fan favorite in the states after putting on incredible performances in every outing he’s had. Plus, he fell in love with Cinnabon while being over here. But don’t worry, they’ve got him covered before he leaves.
It also looks like Isaiah Kassidy has plans to treat Takeshita before he leaves as well, as noted in this hilarious twitter exchange.
Hopefully Konosuke Takeshita is back as soon as possible.
