Charlotte Flair Nixes Big Spot For Ric Flair’s Last Match
Charlotte Flair puts her foot down on a spot in Ric Flair’s last match.
Ric is set to step into the ring on Sunday for his final match at 73 years of age. Charlotte Flair will be ringside for the match, which is set to be a tag team match. Ric plans to bleed in the match also, and is fitted with a pacemaker.
In an article by Marc Raimondi of ESPN, it’s revealed that Ric wanted to do a dive from the top rope to the outside in the match, but Charlotte nixed the idea.
“A lot of our men and women in all companies miss those all the time,” said Charlotte. “I was like, ‘No, not needed, not necessary. Wasn’t necessary in your prime, isn’t necessary now. So, no.'”

Clearly, Charlotte doesn’t want anything major going wrong for her father at the event, but will still be in attendance on Sunday for the event.
