It looks as if the United States Champion will box Mike Tyson.
Mike Tyson has a long standing relationship with professional wrestling. He has appeared both in WWE and AEW while remaining good friends with many wrestlers he’s worked with in the past. However, now it looks like a WWE superstar will be crossing over in to Tyson’s realm for a fight.
Fightful Select reports that Bobby Lashley was approached about and has accepted a bareknuckle boxing match with Mike Tyson, with MSG being the targeted venue.
Lashley also claimed that he was approached “by a bare knuckle boxing company rep” about the possibility of whether or not he would consider boxing Mike Tyson. Lashley says it was a feeling out process, and that he’d love to do it, as it’d be an honor to compete against him. Per Lashley, the rep mentioned the possibility of Madison Square Garden as a venue.

Lashley is the current United States Champion and will defend the title against Theory this Saturday at SummerSlam. Time will tell if Lashley will get the chance to box one of his idols.
