AEW x WWE forbidden door?
Kenny Omega is a former AEW World Champion while Xavier Woods is a former multi-time tag team champion as well as the most recent King Of The Ring winner. But now, Xavier Woods could get a crown in a different way as he was announced as a playable skin in the popular “Fall Guys” video game. Xavier made mention on twitter that his Fall Guys character already comes with a crowd attached, but Kenny Omega was quick to reply that he didn’t earn it and once a Kenny Omega skin drops, he will take over the game. Woods fired back saying he did earn his crown, as well as being in many other video games while Kenny Omega is just a created character in WWE 2k’s community creations. Kenny Onega didn’t take that lightly as he responded saying “You’re real lucky I’m injured otherwise I’d challenge you to a match, Creed.” You can see the twitter exchange below.
Woods and Omega are good friends in real life and have previously been on screen together to battle in a game of Street Fighter. Maybe we can run that rematch back one day, or maybe they can step into the ring, crazier things have happened.
