Jeff Hardy’s arraignment has been waived.
Earlier this year, Jeff Hardy was arrested on his third DUI charge along with being charged for driving without a valid license. Since the arrest, Hardy has entered treatment for his substance abuse problems.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson provided a new update, confirming that Hardy’s arraignment was waived due to Hardy submitting a plea of not guilty.
Jeff Hardy’s scheduled arraignment tomorrow 8/2 before Volusia County Court was officially waived on 7/27 due to the written plea of not guilty filed with the court several weeks ago.
The court is now listing a pre-trial conference for 8/17 at 8:30 AM.

Hardy is indefinitely suspended from AEW until he completes his rehab stint.
