The card that featured three title matches couldn’t quite reach 500,000 viewers this week.
Battle Of The Belts III aired on Saturday. ShowBuzzDaily reports AEW Battle of the Belts III on August 6 drew 437,000 viewers, marking a low for the series. AEW Battle of the Belts in January drew 704,000 viewers and AEW Battle of the Belts II in April drew 527,000 viewers. Battle of the Belts III pulled a 0.12 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is down from the 0.18 rating the second Battle of the Belts posted.
The card featured Wardlow vs Jay Lethal for the TNT Championship, Jamie Hayter vs Thunder Rosa for the AEW Women’s World Title and Claudio Castagnoli defended his Ring Of Honor world heavyweight championship vs Konosuke Takeshita.
