On a dark day for NXT UK, a number of its superstars were released from their contractual obligations to WWE. One of those names, Nina Samuels, has already acquired her first booking after departing the company. Samuels will make her return to Pro Wrestling Eve for their Thursday Night Riot show on September 1st, the promotion announced on Thursday afternoon.
Samuels is no stranger to the company. Pro Wrestling Eve was the home network of The Nina Samuels Show before she debuted on NXT UK, seeing as Samuels held the EVE Championship for 119 days from 2018 to 2019. Samuels was crowned the champion in a triple threat match with Kay Lee Ray and Charlie Morgan at ACE of Eve 2018. From there, she successfully defended the belt against Morgan and Emi Sakura before losing it to Ray at She Slams On Saturday’s in 2019.
Samuels is one of the best entertainers in wrestling with a clear dedication to her craft and her persona. You can watch her return on EVE’s video-on-demand service.
