After departing the company earlier this year, WWE Hall of Famer Road Dogg a.k.a. Brian James is set to return to WWE in an executive position.
The official position or what his duties will entail is unknown. However, WrestleVotes is reporting he’ll take on Jeff Jarrett’s vacant role as Senior Vice President of Live Events.
First exclusively reported by PWInsider, Fightful also confirmed the initial report of his return. Before getting axed in January as part of budget cuts, James was head of creative for WWE SmackDown. He resigned from said position and moved over to the NXT brand.
