Roman Reigns has now been Universal Champion for over two years.
The feat is one that is almost unheard of in a major wrestling promotion, becoming one of the longest world title reigns in WWE history. On SmackDown this week, Reigns will have a celebration around him reaching this huge feat.
In a tweet on August 30, 2022, Reigns commented on the two-year milestone and noted that it’s been successful in every measure and every category. He stated that this is what the top of the mountain looks like, so people should acknowledge and appreciate it.
Reigns will defend the title, along with the WWE Championship vs Drew McIntyre at WWE Clash At The Castle on Saturday.
