SmackDown viewership dips under two million for a taped show.
SpoilerTV reports WWE SmackDown drew 1.973 million viewers in the preliminary viewership. Hour one scored 1.952 million viewers while the second hour drew 1.995 million viewers. The August 26 episode of WWE SmackDown had a final viewership number of 1.990 million viewers.
The show was taped a week in advance, which would have hurt the overall ratings this week for obvious reasons.
