Malakai Black Cancels Booking Amidst Sabbatical Reports
Malakai Black has cancelled an indie booking amidst rumors he will be taking a sabbatical away from pro wrestling.
After his match at AEW All Out, Black would give a bow and blow a kiss to the fans in Chicago, signifying we may not see him for a while.
The AEW star was scheduled to face Matt Taven at an upcoming Northeast Wrestling event in Niles, Ohio on September 9. Black has since pulled himself off the show, though, PWInsider have reported. Other names announced for the event include Penta Oscuro, Jerry Lawler, John Morrison, Erick Redbeard, and Ricky Starks.
As of September 7th, Malakai Black remains on the AEW roster page.
