Lawsuits Expected From AEW Talent If Anyone Is Fired Due To All Out Brawl
Lawsuits can be expected if there is anyone fired due to the events that occurred after AEW All Out went off the air.
Post AEW All Out, CM Punk decided to launch a scathing rant on Hangman Page, The Elite and more during the post show media scrum. In the aftermath, the parties involved got into an altercation. All involved in the brawl were suspended, with many believing CM Punk and Ace Steel could be set to be handed their pink slip due to their involvement in the event.
Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that if anyone is fired, fans can expect lawsuits to begin to form.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if someone’s gonna file a lawsuit coming out of this, if not multiple. That’s the 1 thing & I think that’s from the AEW standpoint why this is really a mess —, because I do expect if anyone gets fired, there’ll be lawsuits.”

Time will tell if we will see anyone involved in the brawl let go from their AEW contracts, but at the moment it looks like The Young Bucks have tested the waters regarding a possible switch to WWE.
