AEW Grand Slam is finally upon us and the lineup is stellar so far.
After weeks of the AEW Championship tournament, the finals have been made official on AEW Dynamite. Jon Moxley defeated Sammy Guevara to advance to the finals and Bryan Danielson defeated Chris Jericho to advance as well. Therefore, the Blackpool Combat Club teammates will battle for the AEW World Championship at Grand Slam next Wednesday. Plus, as already established, Max Caster and Anthony Bowens, The Acclaimed, will get their rematch for the AEW Tag Team Championships against Swerve and Keith Lee, Swerve In Our Glory. After Orange Cassidy asked for an All-Atlantic Title shot against PAC, which he answered “no”, Orange laid out PAC backstage on Dynamite and now the All-Atlantic title match is official. Lastly, after a tag team match that ended in a big scuffle, Toni Storm will defend her interim-AEW Women’s Championship against Athena, Britt Baker and Serena Deeb in a fatal-four-way.
