DJ Whoo Kid will be a special guest announcer at AEW Grand Slam.
DJ and radio host DJ Whoo Kid will be a “special guest announcer” as part of this Wednesday’s AEW Grand Slam at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York. Announced via a press release, it wasn’t clarified if he will be a guest commentator during a match or if he will be a guest ring announcer, but Whoo Kid will be involved.
I’m excited to be a part of this event. It promises to have a lot of surprises in store. As a radio personality and co-host, I’m looking forward to branching out and announcing a wrestling match. I hope this is just the beginning of my being part of the AEW family,

The 46-year-old is a host on the Shade 45 channel on SiriusXM. DJ Whoo Kid won’t be the only Hip-Hop influence involved in the show, as Rapper Action Bronson will team with HOOK in a tag team match against 2point0.
